Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
2 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
½ cup raisins
¼ cup sunflower seed (unsalted)
2 tablespoons diced red onion
2 tablespoons bacon-flavor soy bits
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons sugar (or the equivalent in artificial sweetner)
½ tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seed, and onion and soy bits. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to broccoli mixture. Toss well to coat. Chill 2 hours or longer for flavors to blend.
